RETURNS
At TshiiMoo, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure all our products meet high standards of quality, but if you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help provided that:
- We are notified via email within 24 hours of delivery.
- The items are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Baby items marked as “New” are returned with the tag still intact and any other baby items are returned in their original condition. The items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- All TshiiMoo Natural products
- Books, puzzles, or toys (unless damaged)
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
Please contact us at returns@tshiimoo.co.za before returning any items. Please include your order number and email receipt.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:
- The item is faulty, incorrect, or arrived damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photos of the item/packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
REFUNDS
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, back to your original payment method or store credit will be issued that can be used within 6 months from date of original purchase.
Please note that courier charges are not refundable.
