PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (if applicable). We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors.
Our products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue offering certain products without prior notice.
We currently sell:
- Preloved children’s items (clothes, shoes, books, toys, puzzles, baby carriers, swaddles, sleeping sacks) through TshiiMoo Tiny Treasures.
- Non-GMO food items (grains, legumes, beans, nuts & seeds, raw honey) through TshiiMoo Naturals.
At TshiiMoo Tiny Treasures, all items are:
- Washed, ironed, or steamed (where applicable)
- Inspected for stains, tears, or excessive wear.
- Clearly labelled with size, brand, and condition.
Please note: As with all preloved items, minor imperfections may exist and will be clearly disclosed in product descriptions.
At TshiiMoo Naturals, all dry food items are:
- Produced in a factory that packs tree nuts, sesame, soya, gluten & dairy.
- Products are Non-GMO
- Honey is 100% raw and is not recommended for children under 12 months of age.
- Within best-before dates
Please note: Packaging is tamper-evident and designed to preserve freshness and safety.
If an item does not meet our standards, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All transactions to take place on our website. We accept secure online payments through PayFast and Yoco on our website. Orders are confirmed via email once payment is received. We reserve the right to only process delivery once payment has been received, or to cancel the order if payment does not reflect on our side.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At Tshii-Moo, we aim to get your little one’s goodies to you quickly and safely. Please read our delivery policy to understand how we process, ship, and handle your orders.
We deliver nationwide to all major cities and towns across South Africa, using The Courier Guy. Delivery time and cost may vary for rural and outlying areas.
Standard Delivery is estimated at 2-5 working days. Outlying Areas Delivery is estimated at 4-7 working days. Deliveries will be made to the address supplied when placing your order. We assume any individual who accepts a delivery from us at the address provided is authorised to do so. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. The Courier Guy will communicate delivery times via text.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees. Re-delivery fees apply even if you qualified for free delivery.
Local Pickup in Plumstead, Cape Town is available upon request. Pickup is available within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection and collection details will be confirmed.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days, once payment has been confirmed. Delivery times begin once your order is dispatched.
Local delivery is available within a 10km radium from Plumstead, Cape Town and Burgundy Estate, Cape Town.
Delivery under R1000 is charged at a fee of R100 per 5kg order. Free delivery is offered for orders above R1000. Final delivery fees may vary based on location and order size. The total cost will be shown at checkout.
Delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe may occur and will be communicated via email.
